Shippingcosts within Germany

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping within Germany is EUR 2.90. The dispatch takes place with DHL / Deutsche Post. All our packages have a tracking number that we email to our customers after the goods have shipped. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. (Shipments that are to be sent outside of Germany are excluded from this)



Value of goods over 25 EUR:

With a goods value of more than 25 EUR, the shipping costs within Germany are free. The goods are sent with standard shipping and therefore also have a tracking number, which we send to our customers by email after the goods have been shipped. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. (Shipments that are to be sent outside of Germany are excluded from this)



Shipping costs outside of Germany (EU and international)

Standard Shipping:

Standard international shipping is done with DHL / Deutsche Post. All our packages have a tracking number that we email to our customers after the goods have shipped. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.

Value of goods over 35 EUR:

If the value of the goods is more than 35 EUR, the shipping costs are free of charge. The goods are sent with standard shipping and therefore also have a tracking number, which we send to our customers by email after the goods have been shipped. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.

 

Customs duties and import charges for deliveries outside the EU:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, the USA, Japan, ...), customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the delivery service may apply. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are not covered by us. They are charged directly by the authorities or the delivery service of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. The amount depends on the order value and the regulations of the respective country.
